Availability
Our produce taste as good as it does because it is produced
with care and attention. Since they are not mass produced they
may not always be available. If that is the case we will email
you immediately, asking if you will accept an alternative or
if you would like to cancel your order or part of your order.
Weights and Prices
The weight of hand made produce is not always consistend
so we will try to get as close as possible to your selected order
weight. You will pay the same rate (price per kilo) as quoted
but your produce may be a little over or under what you order.
Delivery
Please confirm when you want your produce delivered. We will
try our very best to deliver at the day and time given but cannot
be held responsible for innacurate delivery details supplied
or if delivery fails for some other reason.
If there is no-one to receive the delivery and you give instructions
on what to do if no-one is in, those instructions will be followed
at your own risk.
The Devonshire Deli cannot be held responsible for delivery
and makes no guarantees on such.
There is no contract between The Devonshire Deli and a customer
until The Devonshire Deli sends an e-mail confirming it will
deliver an order.
Returns
We make every effort to deliver your produce in perfect condition.
If you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason,
please contact us as soon as possible. Returns cannot be accepted
if the only reason is because it has not been easten. |
