Sauce recipe
Perfect with venison, duck, goose and any game bird.

Peel halve and core apples.
In a frying pan, melt the butter and rowan jelly. Add lemon juice.
Stir in the apples, chestnuts and cranberries and turn them in
the glaze until well cooked.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes before cooking. |
